Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that report specifications and designs meets clients requirements.
  • Contributes to the continued improvement of organizational reporting frameworks, including reporting standards, controls, registers and key reporting obligations.
  • Oversees and directly undertakes the collection of data, analysis of the data collected, and submission of quality and timely reports utilizing innovative and effective approaches.
  • Establishes reporting schedules and manage on-time report submissions.
  • Gathers project activity-related data from project officers for inclusion in formal reports.
  • Manages data accuracy and quality on all reports with facts and references.
  • Communicates with staff at all levels in an effective, clear and concise manner and provides sound rationales that support recommendations for improvement.
  • Reviews report drafts with management teams in a timely manner before any submission.
  • Designs, compiles and produces other reports as required by management.
  • Performs other related duties assigned by the project supervisor when required.
  • Must have at least 1 year experience working in Construction Company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php14,000.00 per month
