  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Midwifery.
  • Preferably with training or background in Infection Prevention and Control (IPC), Epidemiology, or Public Health.
  • Knowledgeable on RA 11332 and DOH reporting systems (DOH Data Collect, Philippine Integrated Disease Surveillance and Response (PIDSR], Event-Based Surveillance and Response [ESR]).
  • With strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, DOH reporting platforms).
  • Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
