REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Customs Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in import/export or logistics and PEZA processing.
  • Experience in import and export operations, including familiarity with customs procedures and regulations with a proven track record in maintaining accurate data and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, logistics software, and/or other relevant software applications.
  • Experience with handling international documentation, such as bills, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
  • Experience in the manufacturing setting is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. IMPORT AND EXPORT DOCUMENTATION

❖ IMPORT

  • Prepare import documents (Bill of lading, import permit, invoice, packing list, and other necessary permits)
  • Coordinate with the broker and forwarder for the release of import goods.
  • Lodging of list of importables (LOI)
  • Processing and encoding of PEZA permits
  • Assisting in unloading of shipments

❖ EXPORT

  • Preparing packing list and commercial invoice.
  • Lodging of list of exportables.
  • Extract ASN number from Shipmonk.
  • Creating Export declaration through EKONEK, INTERCOMMERCE, ABMS, CPRS, GTSB, VASP PAYMENT ETC, HS code, and BOC Portal.
  • FedEx booking and coordination.
  • Creating and printing box labels and other export documents.
  • Assisting loading of shipments.

2. PEZA COMPLIANCE REPORT AND COORDINATION

  • Preparing and processing of all local and import transactions of 8106 and 8105.
  • Processing of 8106 and 8105 in BOC.
  • Ensure accurate product classification of HS code.
  • Assisting incoming deliveries (import and local deliveries).
  • Submission of annual liquidation in PEZA and BOC.
  • Monitoring of GTSB, pre-payment, and COR.
  • Creating and processing of LOA for subcon.

3. OVERSIGHT PACKING DEPARTMENT

  • Supervise the packing team to ensure goods are packed according to export (PEZA)
  • Ensure packing lists match the actual content and all export items and properly labelled.
  • Implement and monitor quality control measures in the packing area.
  • Coordinate closely with the Production and Quality Control to meet dispatch schedules.
  • Ensure packing materials are properly managed and inventory is monitored.
