Office/Warehouse Staff

Reports To:

Warehouse Supervisor / Admin Manager / Operations Manager

Job Summary:

The Office/Warehouse Staff provides support in warehouse operations and office administration by handling inventory, documentation, and clerical tasks. The role ensures that supplies, materials, and records are properly managed, organized, and available to support company operations.


Key Responsibilities:

A. Warehouse Functions

  • Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safekeeping of warehouse items.
  • Assist in stock monitoring and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Prepare and issue materials to site/project personnel as requested.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.

B. Office/Administrative Functions

  • Prepare and file documents such as delivery receipts, pull-out forms, and inventory reports.
  • Encode records in spreadsheets or inventory systems.
  • Monitor office and warehouse supplies and request replenishment as needed.
  • Assist in preparing reports for management (e.g., stock reports, usage logs).
  • Support purchasing and logistics in coordinating with suppliers and couriers.

C. Coordination & Compliance

  • Coordinate with project sites regarding requests and deliveries of materials.
  • Follow company policies on documentation, safety, and inventory control.
  • Report any damages, losses, or irregularities in warehouse items.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, vocational course, or bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Preferably with experience in warehouse or office support work.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Physically fit and able to handle lifting of materials (for warehouse tasks).
  • Organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
