Temporary Administrative Assistant – Training Materials Rebranding Project
Position Type: Temporary / Project-Based
Location: Remote
Hours: Flexible, short-term contract (October–December 2025) with the possibility of extension based on performance
We're seeking a detail-oriented and creative Administrative Assistant to assist with rebranding and updating existing training materials. The role mainly involves editing, formatting, and redesigning content to align with our organization's style guide and tone.
All materials and content are already developed — we just need someone to reformat, refresh, and polish them for consistency and presentation.
Compensation:
$5 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Edit and reformat existing training materials to match our organization's branding and tone.
- Update document layouts, graphics, and formatting in Word, PowerPoint, and Canva.
- Convert certain materials into flyers, brochures, or short video presentations.
- Ensure all materials are visually consistent and professional.
- Collaborate with internal team members for quick feedback and revisions.
Qualifications:
- Strong editing and formatting skills (Heygen, Google Workspace, Canva required).
- Basic design sense and ability to follow branding guidelines.
- Experience creating flyers, brochures, or slide decks preferred.
- Detail-oriented with good organization and communication skills.
