We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in social media management and online course launches.

This role involves coordinating content creation, building systems, managing client communications, and ensuring seamless execution of projects across multiple platforms. You will take ownership of strategy, planning, and operations, working closely with the client to support both their holistic dental practice and online course initiatives.

Key Objective (First 90 Days):

  • Launch two courses (Portuguese and English).
  • Build the marketing and distribution systems for both.
  • Manage the project board for course creation and launch.
  • Set up and seed the Instagram account and newsletter.

Responsibilities:

  • Course Launch Management: Build minimal viable offers, landing pages, and sales funnels.
  • Content & Social Media: Manage content calendars for YouTube and Instagram.
  • Client Communication: Handle inquiries and nurture leads interested in courses.
  • Community Management: Oversee the course platform and engagement activities.
  • Operations: Develop SOPs, platform tracking sheets, and scheduling systems.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with consultants and strategists as needed.

  • Metric tracking tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Airtable, )
  • Community/membership platforms (e.g., Circle, Discord, Facebook Groups)
  • Email newsletter tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Substack, or similar)

Qualifications (Negotiable & Non-Negotiable):

  • Essential: Proven track record in course creation & launches (concept to completion).
  • Strong expertise in sales funnel design and course marketing.
  • Project management experience in educational content and course delivery systems.
  • Experience managing online learning communities and student engagement.

Success Metrics:

  • Social Media & Marketing Workflow: Establish content creation workflows, posting schedules, lead nurturing processes, and funnel management across platforms.
  • Course Launch Delivery: Successfully launch the first course within 90 days, including supporting marketing materials and sales pages (dependent on video production/editing schedule).

JOB OFFER:

  • $528 monthly (Evaluation Period)
  • $550 monthly after 6 months (plus activation of benefits)
