HR Intern – Food Service Division

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join the Human Resources team under the Food Service Division at Leslie Corporation. This internship offers a comprehensive and hands-on learning experience across core HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and learning & development. Ideal for students looking to build a solid foundation in human resources within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Support

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting creation, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and database management.

Employee Engagement

Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of employee engagement activities that promote a positive workplace culture.

Learning & Development Assistance

Help create e-learning content, develop training materials, and assist in administering the company's Learning Management System (LMS).

HR Operations Exposure

Participate in onboarding activities, HR policy orientations, and administrative tasks that ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Project-Based Contribution

Collaborate on a mini-project focused on improving an HR process or program, with guidance from an assigned mentor.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Support data collection and reporting for recruitment, engagement, and training initiatives to assess program effectiveness.

Process Documentation

Contribute to documenting HR processes, workflows, and best practices to support continuous improvement.

Work Schedule: Full-time internship, Monday to Friday, from September to the 1st week of December (Approx. 350 hours)

Location: On-site (Hybrid options may be available based on team schedule and approval)

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php1, Php1,500.00 per month
