We are hiring experienced Outbound Appointment Setters / Lead Generation Specialists to support an Australian business.

This is a phone-based outbound role suited to people who are confident making cold calls, following a script, and working toward clear daily outcomes.

If you've worked in appointment setting, lead generation, surveys, or outbound telesales — and you're good at it — this role will suit you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Making outbound calls to businesses across assigned locations or industries
  • Speaking with business owners or decision-makers using a structured script
  • Conducting surveys, qualifying leads, and identifying opportunities
  • Booking appointments and/or passing qualified leads to the next stage
  • Adjusting scripted conversations to suit different businesses
  • Recording call results and lead information accurately
  • Working consistently toward individual and team targets

The exact mix of tasks may vary, but the core work is outbound calling and lead qualification.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year experience in a BPO or outbound calling environment
  • At least 12 months of hands-on outbound experience in one or more of:
  • Appointment Setting
  • Lead Generation
  • Outbound Cold Calling
  • Telesales
  • Survey-based calling
  • Confident English communication over the phone
  • Comfortable with repetitive, phone-heavy work
  • Able to follow a process while adapting conversations as needed
  • Willing to work office-based in Clark, Pampanga
  • Available Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (PH time)
