Lead Generator

Key Responsibilities
· Conduct lead research across targeted industries (construction, mining, healthcare, hospitality, and engineering).
· Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified employer leads weekly using LinkedIn, company databases, and online directories.
· Validate company information, contact details, and potential workforce needs.
· Initiate first contact via email, LinkedIn, or phone to introduce Peloton WorkReady's services.
· Qualify prospects based on defined criteria (industry, location, hiring needs, visa readiness, etc.).
· Record all activities, notes, and lead details accurately in HubSpot CRM.
· Collaborate with the Appointment Setters and Sales Representatives to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-through.
· Achieve a target of 15 qualified appointments per week for assigned regions.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Peloton WorkReady's recruitment solutions, visa pathways, and market focus per region.
· Participate in weekly lead review meetings to report on performance, challenges, and market insights.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
· At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or B2B prospecting (preferably in recruitment or international staffing).
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent research and analytical skills.
· Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and AirCall (or similar tools) is an advantage.
· Comfortable reaching out to international companies via email, LinkedIn, or phone.
· Highly organized, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
· Minimum of 15 qualified appointments per week.
· Accuracy and completeness of lead data in HubSpot.
· Conversion rate of qualified leads to sales opportunities.
· Responsiveness and collaboration with the Sales and Business Development teams.
