What You'll Do
You'll be the kind of person who:
- Outbound calling as your primary focus, supported by outreach via email and LinkedIn.
- Qualifying outbound leads and identifying opportunities.
- Building rapport with potential clients, not just selling.
- Creating smart prospecting lists and targeting decision-makers.
- Setting up meaningful meetings for our business development team.
- Logging activities and staying organized in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Collaborating with marketing to keep the messaging sharp and relevant.

What You Bring
We're looking for someone with:
- 6 months to 3+ years of B2B prospecting, appointment setting & sales experience.
- Confidence in cold outreach & objection handling - and turning "no" into "tell me more".
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- A conversational style rather than a typical "salesy" approach.
- A curious mind and an interest in identifying pain points, and providing tailored solutions to businesses.
- Comfortable with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Self-driven, coachable, and team-oriented.
