Salary: 30,000 PHP a month

Schedule: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Appointment Setter to support our sales and business development teams. In this role, you will provide daily administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and allowing our team to focus on growth and client engagement.

What You'll Do:

• Source and qualify new leads through research, online tools, and databases.
• Track and report on new leads weekly, segmented by adoption stage, company size, value, and geography.
• Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and current contact information.
• Deliver a weekly report of net new leads added across all cohorts.
• Work closely with the sales and business development teams to support outreach and pipeline growth.
• Ensure compliance with data accuracy, formatting, and segmentation standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in lead generation, data research, or sales support.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead enrichment tools.
• Experience in B2B lead generation, particularly in outsourcing, IT, or SaaS industries.
• Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify lead quality and potential value.
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and meet weekly deadlines.
