We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be working for an Australian Solar Energy company to generate qualified appointments for our sales team and help us expand our reach. If you have experience in appointment setting and a passion for customer services, we would love to hear from you. Below are the key responsibilities, requirements, and benefits of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate qualified appointments for our sales team by contacting potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.

· Utilize your knowledge of the client services effectively communicate the benefits of their products and services to potential customers.

· Maintain a database of leads and track appointment outcomes accurately.

· Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and handover of appointments.

· Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor information to engage potential customers effectively.

Requirements:

· Previous experience as an Appointment Setter, preferably with sales experience.

· Previous experience in the Solar industry will be looked on very favourably.

· Strong knowledge and understanding of client services, concepts, and products.

· Excellent communication and persuasive skills.

· Proficient in using CRM systems and appointment scheduling tools.

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet appointment targets.

· Must be a current resident of Pampanga, Philippines.

· Willingness to report to the office from Monday to Friday, 6AM to 2PM.
