Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for service and leadership? We are looking for a Front Office Supervisor to lead our dynamic front desk team and deliver an exceptional guest experience at Prince Plaza II Makati.

Key Functions:

  • Supervise daily front office operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to front desk staff.
  • Handle guest check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and special requests.
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly with professionalism.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to front office activities.

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software
  • Flexible with schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Can work in Makati
  • Available to start immediately
