Job Summary:
Dusit Thani Manila is looking for a Front Office Supervisor to oversee daily shift operations and ensure exceptional guest service in line with Dusit Hotels & Resorts standards. This role is responsible for supervising Front Office staff, handling guest concerns, and ensuring smooth, efficient operations at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Guest Services Agents during assigned shifts
- Ensure smooth check-in/check-out and exceptional guest experience
- Implement upselling strategies and train staff on selling techniques
- Coordinate VIP arrivals and special guest requests
- Monitor room assignments, discrepancies, and internal controls
- Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally
- Support staff development and enforce hotel policies
- Ensure accurate shift reports and proper handovers
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Front Office role; supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Guest-focused with attention to detail
- Proficient in front office systems and hotel operations
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
