Qualifications & experience

  • At least 2-3 years working as a Retail Sales Manager/Store Manager/Area Manager
  • Experience working with Fashion and Apparel brands is highly preferred
  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.
  • Must be proactive, reliable, with strong organizational skills and high integrity
  • Must be willing to travel and oversee multiple brand stores across Metro Manila/NCR region.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Obtains and manages the store's resources using proper systems and procedures
  • Sets sales targets and develop strategies to attain short- and long-term goals
  • Attends to customers' needs and wants on the sales floor
  • Oversees retail operations and training of the store personnel
