About the role

PARATRON Industries' is seeking a talented and driven Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team in San Juan City, Metro Manila. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales operations and contributing to the overall success of the organization. What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing customer databases, and preparing sales presentations
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Conducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify new business opportunities
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to our customers
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
  • Participating in sales meetings and events to support the team's objectives

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers
  • Experience with any analytics software for data analysis and reporting purposes
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (Bachelor's degree specifically in sales-related program preferred)
