Join our vibrant team at TEVIANT' as a full-time Sales Assistant in our San Juan City Metro Manila store. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales to support our continued growth.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Demonstrate product knowledge to help customers find the perfect items
  3. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  4. Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
  5. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless shopping experience
  6. Proactively suggest additional products or services to customers
  7. Participate in stock management and inventory control

  1. Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Excellent product knowledge and the ability to make recommendations
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  5. Enthusiasm, reliability and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  6. Flexible to work during store operating hours, including weekends and public holidays
