About the role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated E-Commerce Account Representative to join our growing team at AUXILIA INC'. This full-time position will be based in Mandaue City, Cebu, and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our valued e-commerce clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat interactions with a focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Resolving customer queries and issues efficiently and effectively, while providing a positive customer experience
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a call centre or customer service role, preferably in an e-commerce or retail setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and various software applications
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
