Macro Distributors, Inc. (MDI) is the exclusive distributor of Procter and Gamble Philippines in Visayas.

OUR HISTORY

· Macro Distributors, Inc. (MDI) was established in July 1995 being awarded as the Exclusive Distributor of Procter & Gamble Philippines, Inc. for the Province of Negros Occidental.

· It began its business with eight (8) delivery vans, a workforce of 35 personnel and a working capital of 10M a month. 

· A year and a half later, it was awarded the Province of Negros Oriental and Siquijor. Since then, the company has continued to expand.

· In July 2014, Procter and Gamble awarded the exclusive distribution for the whole Panay Region thus the birth of MDI's sister company MS Panay Distribution, Inc. (MSPDI).

· In April and July 2024, P&G awarded the exclusive distribution in Central and Eastern Visayas, respectively.

Role Description

We're looking for a Channel Leader – Platinum Accounts Manager to drive growth in our FMCG non-food business through strong partnerships with platinum-tier modern retail chains. This is a high-impact role that blends commercial strategy, category growth, and leadership.

What You'll Do


• Lead relationships with platinum retailers (hypermarkets, supermarkets, e-commerce).


• Negotiate JBPs, trade terms, and promotional plans.


• Drive category growth with listings, visibility, and shopper programs.


• Ensure forecasting accuracy, supply chain coordination, and trade ROI.


• Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives/Managers.

Qualifications

  • 8–12 years in FMCG sales, with strong modern trade / platinum account leadership exposure
  • Strong commercial acumen with P&L management
  • Proven success in negotiations, category management, and execution excellence
  • Analytical, data-driven, and comfortable with forecasting
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
