About the role

We are looking for a Blended Account Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at AUXILIA INC'. This is a full-time role based in Cebu Central Visayas, with the option to work from home. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our healthcare clients, handling a blend of inbound and outbound calls.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to inbound calls from customers and providing prompt and accurate information and solutions
  2. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and requests
  3. Accurately documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members
  5. Continuously exploring ways to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery
  6. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the healthcare industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to efficiently handle customer inquiries and concerns
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  5. A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuously improving skills and knowledge
  6. Fluency in English, both written and verbal
