This full-time position is based in Angeles City Pampanga, offering a competitive salary of up to 28,000 PHP per month. What you'll be doing

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to our American clients over the phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with efficiency and empathy
  2. Accurately process transactions and update customer accounts in a timely manner
  3. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
  4. Maintain a positive and professional demeanour at all times, fostering strong relationships with customers
  5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our call centre operations by providing feedback and suggestions

What we're looking for

  1. Strong command of the English language, with the ability to communicate fluently and clearly with American customers
  2. Customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or similar environment
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and software
  5. A positive, patient, and adaptable attitude
  6. A high school diploma or equivalent
