About the role

We are seeking a skilled Collection Account to join our dynamic team at AUXILIA INC' in Mandaue City, Cebu. This full-time role is a fantastic opportunity to build a rewarding career in customer service and collections. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in maintaining positive relationships with our clients and resolving outstanding accounts.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound calls to negotiate and resolve outstanding accounts
  2. Maintaining excellent communication with clients to understand their needs and find mutually agreeable solutions
  3. Accurately documenting all interactions and updates in our customer management system
  4. Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to the team
  5. Adhering to all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a customer service or collections role, preferably in a call centre environment
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
  5. Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment
  6. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
