What you'll be doing

  1. Providing exceptional customer service to clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  2. Accurately processing customer orders and transactions
  3. Maintaining detailed records and documentation
  4. Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services
  5. Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent and efficient operations
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the satellite radio industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and helpful service
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  5. Proficiency in using computer systems and software
