Your Role in Driving Success

Be part of our client's team as a Salesforce Administrator, where you'll manage and optimize Salesforce systems, ensure accurate data, support global revenue and customer teams, streamline workflows, and maintain integrations. What You'll Bring to the Table

• Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce Lightning Administration experience.
• Trailhead Badges/Super Badges.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM/ADX 201)
• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) desirable.
• Experience undertaking large ETL projects with
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure intricate tasks are completely thoroughly with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong communication, interpersonal and writing skills
• Proven track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills to manage competing projects with tight deadlines effectively

What You'll Do Every Day

Salesforce Administration

• Assess Salesforce configurations and recommend process improvements.
• Partner with Salesforce & Database Administrator to enhance system efficiency.
• Implement and manage declarative Salesforce functionality, including Process Builder, Flow, Lightning Record Pages, Dynamic Layouts, Actions, Page Layouts, Record Types, Custom Metadata, Validation Rules, Workflow Rules, and sandbox management.
• Manage API integrations with third-party applications, including HubSpot, Outreach, and Sage Intacct.
• Respond to and resolve user support requests according to SLAs.
• Manage users and licenses, including setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, and sharing rules, ensuring principle of least privilege.
• Conduct system maintenance, including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, Field Trip, and Optimizer.
• Build and maintain dashboards for team performance insights.
• Develop 'How To' user guides with written and screencast elements and integrate them into the Sales Playbook.

Database Administration

• Maintain Salesforce database integrity and cleanliness.
• Implement processes to eliminate duplicate records and improve field completeness.
• Transform and upload data into Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
