Job Summary:

The Sales Associate/Customer Service Representative is responsible for engaging with customers, processing sales orders, and providing exceptional service to both existing and potential clients. This role will also handle inquiries, promote company products, and ensure that every customer interaction reflects Reon hairs commitment to quality and satisfaction. This position is primarily office-based and will operate during the night shift to cater to international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Sales Function

  • Promote and sell Reon Hair products to customers through phone, email and online platforms.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing sales inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Process orders, quotations, and invoices in accordance with company procedures,
  • Maintain updated knowledge of product features, pricing and promotions.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

B. Customer Service Function

  • Provide professional, courteous, and prompt assistance to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Address complaints and issues, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Monitor order fulfillment and follow up with customers regarding delivery and satisfaction.

C. Administrative Functions

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM or sales database.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (experience in retails, beauty or hair industry is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Willing to work night shift and adapt to a flexible schedule if needed.
  • With Call Center experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month
