This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with minimal experience who are eager to start a career in sales and lead generation. As an ISR, you will be responsible for executing email campaigns, cold calling potential leads, and assisting with whitespace activities such as data gathering, research, and verification from platforms like Google, LinkedIn, and job boards. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound cold calls and send email campaigns to prospective clients. Support lead generation and sales prospecting efforts. Perform internet-based research to gather contact and company information (whitespace activities). Verify and organize data manually to ensure accuracy and quality. Maintain and update records in spreadsheets or internal CRM systems. Coordinate with internal teams as needed for campaign support and follow-ups. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Active listening and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ability to conduct effective internet research . Good time management and the ability to prioritize tasks. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
