Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mabalacat for a Sales and Marketing Associate. The role involves managing day-to-day sales and marketing activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, providing customer service, and conducting training sessions for new staff. The Sales and Marketing Associate will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships and generating new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Ability to create Digital Marketing Materials
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions and develop training materials
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in the food processing industry is advantageous
