JOB PURPOSE:

This position entails managing projects, supervising sites, and providing technical services to support

the Sales Group in driving product sales and executing all company projects and services under

established policies and guidelines.

JOB SCOPE:

  • Facilitation of project implementation which includes the following:
  • Creating drawings using ACAD or traditional drafting for project installations as

    needed.
  • Preparation of the cutting list, bent details, and other required accessories.
  • Preparation of requirements for sales quotations related to special projects.
  • Preparation of a Bar Chart for Activity Sequencing in the Project Timetable.
  • Assists in conducting actual measurements for projects that require cost estimation and

    other technical support.
  • Supervise all installed projects by carrying out the following tasks:
  • Documentation for pre-mobilization inspections and installation contracts.
  • Conduct project inspections during installation or as needed.
  • Upon completing the project, serve the Notice of Completion to the Customer.
  • Feedback survey that complies with ISO documentation requirements.
  • Process the billings for installers related to projects completed by the company.
  • Provide technical assistance to both walk-in and in-house customers, as well as

    prospective buyers.
  • Provide support for product presentations and offer technical assistance as

    requested by the sales team.
  • Conduct product and technical orientation sessions for all marketing personnel who need

    the necessary knowledge.
  • Preparing necessary reports for meetings and monitoring project progress.

    Carry out additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to help achieve the company's goals.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • Graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture degree and any Engineering courses.

Experience:

  • One (1) year of experience in a related field.
  • Knowledgeable in Cad Software & MS Office.
  • Knowledgeable in doing actual estimations.
  • Roofing and Construction knowledge is an advantage.

  • Possessing driving skills and having a valid driver's license is an advantage.
