Job Summary:

The Junior Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and personal support to the Top Management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves handling confidential information, managing schedules, travel, errands, and assisting with both professional and personal tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Support:


• Manage and maintain the executive's business calendar, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

• Act as the primary point of contact between the executive, employees, clients, and external partners.

• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, prioritizing urgent matters.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents with accuracy and professionalism.

• Assist with project management and oversee business-related tasks to ensure deadlines are met.

• Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up on action items.

• Maintain and organize important documents, contracts, and records.

Personal & Family Support (as needed):


• Assist with personal scheduling, family events, and household management.

• Oversee personal travel arrangements, reservations, and logistics.

• Manage vendors, service providers, and household staff, if applicable.

• Handle personal errands, bill payments, and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:


• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in a similar role.

• 2 years of experience as a Administrative/Executive Assistant role, ideally in a family business or private office setting.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and professionalism.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and business management tools.

• Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.

• Flexibility to handle both business and personal tasks.

Work Environment:

This role requires flexibility and adaptability, with occasional evening or weekend availability depending on business and family needs.
