Assistant Design Manager- Landscape

  • To provide concepts, design developments, production drawings and site coordination for landscape requirements.
  • Manage the production team to ensure that all drawings are accurate, complete, and can be executed on site
  • Ensure design conforms with budget and design standards
  • Coordination with different departments and property management team to ensure all hardscape and softscape specifications are Easy to maintain and cost effective
  • Assist in the standardization efforts of the company
  • Ensure design requirements and set timelines are met
  • Other works related under the In house design team

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Licensed Landscape Architect
  • With at least 10 year experience working in a real estate company is an advantage
  • With design management skills for Land Planning, Landscape, Land planning and Engineering infrastructure
  • Ability to provide innovative and cost economical solutions for challenging terrains and other landscape issues
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Photoshop
  • Strong in Concept Development
  • Highly creative with good presentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php90,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pasay: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Assistant Design Manager- Landscape : 3 years (Preferred)
