Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with global employee relations case management organization, including responding to general employee and manager inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate employee data by managing HR systems and processes
  • Assist with programs to ensure smooth operation and a positive employee experience.
  • Ensuring application of company policies and procedures in a consistent and equitable manner.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Offshore HR Shared Services
  • Experience in offshore HR facets is an advantage, (HR Data Management, HR Onboarding, HR Learning & Development, HR RPO Talent Acquisition, etc.,)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position.
  • Working Schedule: 9AM to 9PM Eastern Time (Graveyard or nightshift in the Philippines) Monday to Friday.
  • Flexibility may be required during peak times. Shifting Schedule and Primarily office based

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php35,000.00 per month
