About the Role
This role's internal job title is Manager, People Function Continuous Improvement.
We are seeking an HR Shared Services Transformation Manager to lead HR process improvements and digital optimization within our People Function. You will play a strategic role in enhancing HR service delivery, leveraging Workday and ServiceNow, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the HR Shared Services team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR process transformation initiatives in a shared services setting, focusing on efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
- Optimize and maximize Workday and ServiceNow functionalities, ensuring seamless workflows and automation.
- Partner with HRIS, Technology, and HR Operations teams to deliver end-to-end process improvements.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies to drive measurable operational improvements.
- Lead change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement for new tools and processes.
- Use HR data and analytics to identify trends, assess performance, and support business decisions.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations within a shared services environment (required).
Strong expertise with Workday and ServiceNow workflows, configurations, and enhancements (non-negotiable).
Proven track record of leading HR transformation or continuous improvement projects.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience working in a global or matrixed organization.
Preferred:
- Green Belt Six Sigma (or higher) experience
- Workday, or ServiceNow experience
- Project management background.
- Experience in digital HR transformation and employee experience initiatives.
Work Setup (Non-Negotiable):
Hybrid work model – 3x per week onsite.
Mid-shift schedule (amenable to adjust based on business needs).
