
Sr. Payroll Staff

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll, timekeeping, and benefits tasks while ensuring compliance with government policies and regulations.
- Act as the first-level point of contact between HRSS and employees, and resolve payroll-related queries.
- Perform accurate payroll coding, support HR Shared Services metrics, and ensure timely payroll processing.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's/College Degree in any Business, Math, or HR courses
1 - 3 years of working experience in the related field
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
Must have strong attention to details and appreciation of data accuracy and integrity
- Able to handle multiple deliverables on a fast-paced environment
Knowledge in Payroll, Timekeeping and Benefits tasks, and Government Policy and Regulations
Excellent understanding of the complete payroll cycle including payroll reconciliations
Project-based for 5 months
- Can work onsite (Makati office)
