Makati City, National Capital Region, Philippines ACEN Shared Services, Inc. Full time ₱70,000 - ₱120,000 per year

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll, timekeeping, and benefits tasks while ensuring compliance with government policies and regulations.
  • Act as the first-level point of contact between HRSS and employees, and resolve payroll-related queries.
  • Perform accurate payroll coding, support HR Shared Services metrics, and ensure timely payroll processing.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in any Business, Math, or HR courses

  • 1 - 3 years of working experience in the related field

  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage

  • Must have strong attention to details and appreciation of data accuracy and integrity

  • Able to handle multiple deliverables on a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge in Payroll, Timekeeping and Benefits tasks, and Government Policy and Regulations

  • Excellent understanding of the complete payroll cycle including payroll reconciliations

  • Project-based for 5 months

  • Can work onsite (Makati office)
