Job Responsibilities:

  1. Compensation and Benefits

  2. To prepare and submit the request for payroll inclusion approval of newly hired employees.

  3. Administer the tenant portals for manpower, leave requests, and timekeeping purposes.
  4. Perform a timekeeping process to thoroughly check the DTR of store personnel through store portals, different group messaging applications, and manual daily time records.
  5. Submit the accomplished timekeeping reports of store-based employees for the payroll process.
  6. Prepares and monitors authority to deduct and other employee deductions.
  7. To administer the payroll system by preparing the timekeeping process.

  8. Office Administration

  9. To conduct weekly checking of office and store supplies to ensure an organized and updated inventory of supplies and safekeeping at the designated stockroom.

  10. Administer the procurement and distribution of office and store supplies.
  11. Safekeeping of 201 files and other pertinent documents.

  12. Store Operations Support

  13. Support the operations in securing permits for delivery and pull-out of items, and work activities of contractors by preparing and submitting request letters.

  14. Perform proper coordination to ensure seamless store activities until the completion of the project.
  15. Administer the portal of different malls intended for all relative store operations concerns such as work permits, ID cards for assigned demos, and other communications.
  16. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Assists and supports the commands from the Head

Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process

Assist in performance management processes

Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues

Maintain employee records (attendance, timekeeping) according to policy and legal requirements

Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

Attends concerns of, Administrative Support and clerical tasks related to the Office

Other HR related tasks may be given time by time

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or any related courses
  • Must be a team player who can handle diversity and uniqueness of each person.

  • Office Location: La Loma, Quezon City; Preferably nearby the area
