Key Accounts Manager

He/she will manage national accounts in terms of implementing key accounts business plans, schemes and activities for its overall development. He/she will negotiate trading terms with the designated accounts. He/she will assist and coordinate space and category management projects with the accounts. He/she will implement marketing and sales policies to achieve common objectives. He/she will manage promotional budget for designated accounts. He/she will coordinate with the Area Sales Manager on key accounts related matters.

To qualify, applicant must

  • Has extensive exposure in Key Account Management handling a national account
  • Candidate will be handling Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, and Tarlac.
  • Candidate must be a graduate of a Four (4) Year Course in Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Humanities or any equivalent course.
  • At least 2-3 years of sales/marketing experience in the FMCG/Consumer Healthcare industry
  • With excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Good salesmanship and negotiation skills
  • With good analytical, computation skills
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel (Level 7-9)
  • Possesses high level of integrity and determination.
  • Must be willing to do fieldwork and flexible with area of assignment
