Job Summary:

Responsible for the achievement of his/her Region's Key Result Areas. The Regional Sales Manager is in charge of the development of the Account Officers/Account Executive under his supervision. Expected to forge and deepened relationships with key personalities in the Dioceses, Congregations, and Associations within his region.

Duties and Responsibilities: The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for delivering the following Key Result Areas:

  • Sales – Copies
  • Distribution (width, depth)
  • Program Management (Quarterly Initiatives and Business Plan Execution)
  • Selling Expense Management
  • Sales Forecast Accuracy
  • Returns Management
  • Field Coaching
  • Monthly Regional Meetings
  • Training

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, in any field.
  • With at least 5 years of sales managerial experience in FMCG or Pharma.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
  • Highly personable; Creative and critical thinker.
  • Excellent communication skills (English, Filipino)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
