Educational Background

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is highly preferred but not required

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in management accounting, cost accounting, or financial planning.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a manufacturing or production-based company.
  • Experience in budgeting, cost control, variance analysis, and financial forecasting is required.
  • Background in inventory management, standard costing, and cost analysis preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of management accounting principles, financial analysis, and cost management systems.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (advanced functions) and accounting/ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
  • Knowledgeable in Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and tax regulations.
  • Ability to prepare detailed management reports, budget proposals, and profitability analysis.
  • Familiar with process improvement, budgetary control, and internal auditing procedures.

Leadership and Management Skills

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
  • Capable of leading a team, setting clear performance goals, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reports.
  • Effective cross-department collaboration with operations, production, and top management.
  • Can manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
