Accountant

As our Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and providing accurate reporting to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
  • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
  • Monitor company expenses, budgets, and cash flow
  • Prepare and file statutory government requirements (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.) on time
  • Assist in payroll preparation and related reporting
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies as needed
  • Provide management with financial reports and analysis to support decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
  • Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
    , but not required
  • At least
    3-5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
    (construction or manufacturing industry experience a plus)
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
