Job Description:

The Billing Manager oversees the end-to-end billing operations within the logistics department, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, efficient coordination with operations and finance teams, and compliance with client requirements and company policies. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial accuracy and optimizing billing processes for transport, warehousing, and distribution services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the billing team to ensure on-time and accurate invoicing of logistics services.
  • Coordinate with operations, accounting, and sales teams to validate billing data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Review client contracts and ensure proper billing based on agreed terms and service delivery.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and assist in reconciliation and collection efforts.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in billing or finance roles, preferably in logistics or supply chain industries.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and MS Excel.
