Accounting Staff (Open for Fresh Graduates)

Training Location: South Caloocan City (1-month paid training)

Deployment Location: MIDC Industrial Park, Brgy. Cutcut, Balagtas, Bulacan

Job Overview:

We are looking for an Accounting Staff who will help manage day-to-day accounting tasks and support financial documentation. The role involves handling reports, recording transactions, and ensuring that company records are accurate and properly maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record, organize, and update accounting transactions such as vouchers, receipts, and disbursements.
  • Maintain accurate financial reports and reconcile accounting records regularly.
  • Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and related accounting documents.
  • Manage filing, storage, and safekeeping of financial paperwork.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial summaries and reports.
  • Coordinate with other departments to verify documentation and ensure accounting compliance.
  • Perform other administrative and accounting duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
  • Willing to undergo a 1-month paid training in South Caloocan City.
  • Amenable to work on-site at Balagtas, Bulacan after training.
  • Can start immediately.
