Accounting Staff

Training Location: South Caloocan City (1 month, paid)

Deployment Location: MIDC Industrial Park, Brgy. Cutcut, Balagtas, Bulacan

Job Description:

The Accounting Staff will assist in performing various accounting and financial tasks, including recording transactions, preparing reports, and supporting daily accounting operations. This role ensures that all financial data is accurate, complete, and in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recording and organizing accounting transactions (vouchers, receipts, disbursements, etc.)
  • Maintain and reconcile financial records and reports.
  • Support in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and other accounting documents.
  • Handle filing and safekeeping of accounting-related documents.
  • Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting activities.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper documentation and accounting compliance.
  • Perform other administrative or accounting-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any related field.
  • With or without experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
  • Willing to train at South Caloocan Head Office for 1 month (with allowance).
  • Willing to work on-site at Balagtas, Bulacan after training.
  • Can start ASAP.
