Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role as an Operations Assistant at Eventscapemanila, located in Makati. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day operational tasks including coordinating logistical arrangements, managing schedules, communicating interdepartmentally and ensuring smooth event operations.

  • Provides overall support to the Operations Team through administrative and operational tasks and business functions (ex. Managing schedules, generating meeting minutes, creating presentations, preparing reports for management)
  • Perform as lead or support in special operations projects or tasks
  • Maintains and updates records, trackers, files and other operational documents.
  • Providing support for corporate communications team
  • Coordinates with departments to ensure smooth daily operations and tracking

Qualifications

  • Operations Management and Analytical Skills
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Customer Service experience
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Experience in events management or related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business Administration, or relevant field
