Purpose of the Position:

The position reports directly to the HR & Admin Manager and AVP - HR and Admin. In consultation with them provides assistance and implementation of human resource policies, programs and services, including but not limited to employee relations; employment practices; compensation and benefits; training and development; legal compliance and procedures; and employment communications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. In conjunction with the HR & Admin Manager/ HR & Admin, ensure all Company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment mandate requirements. Ensure line managers are up to date with changes to any policies.

  2. Closely coordinates with line managers and providing them guides on people issues.

  3. Closely coordinate with department and project site pertaining to absence, sickness, disciplines, and grievances etc., measures employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement.

  4. Assist the recruitment team on-boarding process for new employees.

  5. Facilitate, monitor and implement document for employee movement such as but not limited to Personnel Action Notice (PAN) and related documents including submission of monthly reports.

  6. Facilitate personnel and salary movement.

  7. Maintain and update HRIS.

  8. Prepares monthly tardiness reports and memorandum.

  9. Update and monitor leave accruals.

  10. Facilitate annual group life / accident applications, ensure enrollment and deletion of employees in the group life /accident policy of the company.

  11. Prepare various report to DOLE such as Establishment Report, Semi Annual Report, D.O 174 renewal, and other related report.

  12. Coordinates with all concern departments and project site management training, hiring, promotions, performance review and termination.

  13. Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.

  14. Conducts related exit interview to determine reasons behind separations.

  15. Assist in the maintenance of up-to-date personnel information and files.

  16. Coordinate with the Project Sites on security services and related concerns.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  1. Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in Human Resource Management

  2. Ability to maintain confidential information

  3. Excellent customer service skills

  4. Able to communication in all levels of the organization

  5. Strong human resource capacity

  6. Ethical conduct

  7. Leadership and Coaching Skills

  8. Good understand of employment law

  9. Problem solving and analytical analysis

  10. Demonstrate change management execution experience

  11. Presentation Skills

  12. Ability to multi-task and can work under pressure

  13. Excellent computer skills (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)]
