Selection Criteria

  • OPEN TO FRESH GRADUATED with bachelor's degree in accountancy/accounting technology/management accounting.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Must have exposure in XERO accounting software and strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Smart and analytical, with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts
  • Focused and diligent, able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Intuitive, with an ability to foresee potential challenges and find proactive solutions
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your work
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with payroll summarising and recording using XERO accounting software
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks on XERO
  • Take phone calls and liaise professionally with clients and stakeholders
  • Support senior accountants with ad hoc financial tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
