Responsibilities
Client Specific Tasks:
- Record the daily financial transaction and book of accounts
- Perform end to end processing of accounts payable / accounts receivable
- Prepare financial statements
- Perform bank/financial reconciliations
- Ensure complete recording of transactions in the general ledger, vendor ledger and customer/borrower ledger
- Manage the invoice processes
- Ensure compliance with tax reporting
- Assist in admin-related responsibilities
- Collect, analyze and summarize account information and trends
- Manage financial historical records
- Prepare weekly, monthly, year-end financial and management reports
- Assist with various accounting processes on a regular basis
- Check and report errors in financial reports and process
- Schedule vendor's payment schedules and credit management
- Comply with company and government policies and regulations
- Adhere to Management strategies in assisting with Data Entry-related tasks as delegated in urgent situations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 1-2 years of Bookkeeping experience
- Proficient in using Quickbooks Online
- Flexible to work on a graveyard shift, shifting schedule and holidays.
- Excellent understanding of Bookkeeping and Accounting principles
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Good work attitude, can work independently/with a team and with high level of integrity
- Good time management and with a sense of urgency
- Highly proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)
- Willing to have video calls via Microsoft Teams and Google Zoom
- Ok to work on site in Ortigas Pasig and Cubao
- Ok to work in any shift schedule
Not required but advantageous:
- Fund/Investment accounting experience
- US Bookkeeping experience
- Real estate knowledge
- SAP Concur Accounts Payable experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
