The Kitchen Team Leader is responsible for supervising kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, safety, and efficiency. This role supports the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager by managing kitchen staff, coordinating daily activities, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and assist kitchen staff during food preparation and service.
  • Ensure all dishes meet company standards for taste, portion, and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.
  • Schedule shifts and assign tasks to kitchen team members.
  • Monitor inventory and request supplies when needed.
  • Support training and development of kitchen staff.
  • Communicate effectively with front-of-house and management teams.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or senior kitchen role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per day
