About the role

Sama-Sama Restaurant is seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals that showcase our restaurant's commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers. This is a full-time position based in our restaurant located in Urban Avenue, Makati City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing a variety of dishes according to our restaurant's recipes and standards
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workstation to ensure efficient food preparation
  • Assisting in the daily operation of the kitchen, including inventory management and restocking of supplies
  • Collaborating with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely service
  • Adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times
  • Continuously learning and improving your culinary skills to contribute to the team's success

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations
  • Ability to work efficiently and orderly under pressure and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Passion for creating delicious, visually appealing dishes
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
