Duties and Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning and Implementation:
Together with Marketing and Technical team, will develop strategies and execute the plans to achieve the company's objective for the year.
• Team Leadership and Management:
Oversee the sales team activities and make sure that all activities are aligned to objectives of the team.
Train and develop direct reports by doing performance review and evaluation regularly.
Coordinate with Sales and Marketing Manager, Marketing and Technical team for support needed by his/her team
• Sales Performance and Market Monitoring and Analysis:
Sales monitoring and tracking, analyzing data and competitor activities to make goals and performance metrics of the team.
Identify areas of improvement to ensure achievement of sales target.
• Client Relationship Management:
Building, maintaining and continuing business relationships with stake holders to understand needs and provide excellent customer service
• Reporting and Forecasting:
Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
• Sales Process Improvement:
Identifying and implementing improvements to sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
