The Sous Chef is the second-in-command in the kitchen, directly supporting the Executive Chef in managing all kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu execution, staff supervision, and kitchen hygiene. The Sous Chef ensures the delivery of high-quality cuisine that meets brand standards and guest expectations, while maintaining cost and productivity targets.

This role plays a key leadership function in training staff, maintaining kitchen discipline, and stepping in as acting chef in the Executive Chef's absence. The ideal candidate is a skilled culinarian, a strong leader, and a dependable problem-solver with a passion for food and guest satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
