JOB TITLE: PASTRY SOUS CHEF

Work Location: Cebu

Salary: starts at 35K (negotiable DOE)

QUALIFICATIONS:

A bachelor's degree in culinary field is preferred.

Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree program in HRM

At least 2-3 year experience as a Sous Chef from a reputable establishment

● Excellent technical skills in various

pastry and bakery techniques,

equipment, ingredients, and processes

● Knowledge of best practices in kitchen

management and menu development

● Familiarity with kitchen hygiene and food safety

regulations.

● Strong planning, communication, and

organizational skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ensure all raw materials/ingredients are readily

available for staff to have a continuous flow of

work, with no delays.

Ensure standard recipes and processes are being

followed especially the quantity of ingredients,

no over or under the requirement.

Keep inventory at the right level, and monitor

daily production batches and yields.

Ensure nothing is wasted due to negligence,

improper handling, and storage.

Coordination with operations regarding needs

for pastries for events and etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
